Flues can be realized in mono wall
or in double wall with the following materials:
|
- stainless steel (rectangular section
allso)
|
- brushed or bright copper
|
- brushed or bright brass
|
- varnished RAL alluminium
|
- alluminizied
|
- elctrobright finishing
|
|
The flues internal surfice is made
of stainless AISI 316 L stell with 2B semibright finishing
with the following specifications:
|
- high corrosion resistance
|
- high temperature resistance (500°
- 600°)
|
|
The outside surfice can be supplyed
in stainless AISI 304 steel with BA bright finishing,
or with the above mentioned materials, according to
aesthetic demands.

|
Insulation: |
The available insulation is made of low resin content
rock woll cuples, with density varible between 90 and
100kg/cm antifire material. Its function is to keep
constant fume temperature and to avoid the excessive
heating of the outside wall. |
|
Coupling: |
Mono wall flue's coupling is realized by the employment
of a termo resistant siliconic material gasket, incorporated
in the junction of the various elements, that guarantee
an excellent resistance to condensate and gas, easy
assembling without the use of external sealing clamps
(important in terms of overall dimensions in case of
existing flue tubing) and heat resistence up to 250°C. |
In double wall flues the coupling is realized
by a male-female crown and the clamping is guaranteed
by sealing clamps that, other than protecting the insulation,
renderes the chimney more stable. |
