The alluminium flexable conduit, employed for air
and gaseous fluids conveyance, is suitable for a wide
range of applications. |
Made of a high resistance harmonic steel spiral, wrapped
up in two alluminium/polyester multilayer tear resistent
rolled sections, each composed by three alluminium stratified
lamina and two polyester stratiffied lamina. |
Because of the particular flexability and easy installation
it is fit to be installed both on circular and oval
connections without the need of particular tools.The
hose is supplyed in singol packagings of 10 mt. length
, compressed to 0,6 mt. |

Insulated alluminium flexable hoses |
This insulated flexable conduit, employed for hot
air and gaseous fluids conveyance is characterized by
high termic insulating and sound damping specifications. |
It's suitable for application in low, medium and high
pressure systems. |
It can be connected with killing boxes,plenums, salveges
and diffusers. |
It' a conduit conceived and developed especially for
the air system market and is able to minimaze termic
conductivity reducing lossed generated by thermal gradient
between the air that flows inside through the conduit
and the external air. |
The vapour barrier prevents condensate on the external
surfice when gaseous fluid passes trough the conduit
at a lower temperature than the outside temperature. |
The insulated alluminium flexable tube is made of
an alluminium internal conduit composed of an armonic
steel spiral wrapped up in two alluminium/polyester
multilayer tear resistant rolled section, each composed
of three alluminium stratified lamina and two polyester
stratified lamina, on which a glass fiber insulated
mattress is wrapped, protected on the outside by a vapour
barrier coupling. |
The coupling is composed by an alluminium/polyester
miltilayer film rolled and reinforced by glass fibers
that enables an excellent combination of traction and
tear resistance. |
Where accustic insulation is concerned, experiments
have been performed in accordance to ISO 7235 - 1991
specification. |
Because of its high flexability and easy installation
it is fit to be installed on both circular and oval
connections, without the need of particular tools. |
The conduit is supplyed in packages of 10 mt lenth,
compressed to 1,2 mt so that logisti,stocking and transport
aspects are easily settled. |
As for fire reaction, all alluminium/polyester flexable
conduits are certified in Italy's class 1. |

The flexable hose is made with covering material made
of a glass fiber recticular structure, spread on both
sides of the PVC and supported by a spiral structure. |
The material thickness guarantees elasticy and traction
resistance during installation. |
The hose is supplyed in singol 10 mt. length packagings,
compressed to make transport and storing easier. |

PVC insulated hose: |
The flexable hose is realized with covering material
mode of a glass fiber recticular structure, .spread
on both sides of the PVC and supported by a spiral
structure. To avoid condensate the hose is equipped
with a glass woll termo-insulating external covering
and an external PVC covering.
