The muffler is a very important component
for airing and conditionig systems, both civil and
industrial, because it reduces the noise transmitted
through the system's conduits.
By their employment noise level directed
towards one or more of the building's rooms is attenuated
and sound emissions towards external environment is
reduced.
Mufflers can be realized in the following
shapes:
- rettangular
- circular
Absorption rectangylar mufflers are
realized as follows:
- outer sheet zinc envelope conveniently
ribbed and of adequate necking
- galvanized steel counter flanges
- high density mineral wall acustic
baffle(on demand protected by holed sheet)
Technical note:
On demand baffles for made to measure
mufflers are supplyed
Circular mufflers with or without
ogive are realized as follows:
- sheet zinc external envelope
- internal coating with high density
mineral fibres mattress and deadening specifications(Classe
1auto-extinguishing material)
- micro-stretched mattress protection
sheet that avoides delamination due to air flux
- stiffened couplings with or without
drilled flanges, located at both ends for a quicker
connection to the axial ventilator or to the various
circular conduits
- deadening ogive installed in concentric
position within the mufflers, realized with mattress
and micro-stretched net. The ogive is composed of
cap, realized with mattress, and micro-stretched net:
